There is a wonderful blogger I read every day who goes by the name Niksmom. Niksmom writes about the journey she is on parenting young Nik, whom she describes as "a (nearly) 4 yr old former micropreemie with multiple disabilities and exceptional needs including cerebral palsy, seizures, and ASD". I want to call your attention to Niksmom's most recent post, because she has directly requested that we keep her son - who for far too long has been struggling with an illness no doctor has been able to diagnose - in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers.
Please take a moment to read the post and do what you can to support this family. Let her know that she and her son are in our hearts.
